Before you buy
How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only — estimated 7–14 business days. Sabah and Sarawak are not available yet. Tracking is usually shared within 1–3 business days after payment. All orders include tracking. Free shipping to West Malaysia. We do not ship outside Malaysia.
Is it safe overnight?
Yes. Softayo lights use low-heat LED designed for soft overnight ambience.
How long does a charge last?
At least 7 days on the lowest brightness.
Can I return if I’m not happy?
You can return unused items in original condition within 7 days. Email hello@softayo.com first for a return address and RMA — please don’t ship anything back without confirmation. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping: Softayo covers manufacturing defects or transit damage; change of mind is paid by the buyer. If we have not shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos (or a short video). We’ll arrange a fair replacement or fix for transit damage and manufacturing defects.
