What we collect
Order details (name, email, shipping address, phone), payment status from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers), a first-party browser cookie that remembers your Stripe customer id so checkout can offer faster return purchases without a Softayo account, and basic site analytics needed to run the shop.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, provide customer support, meet legal and tax obligations (including SST where applicable), speed up optional return checkouts when you choose to save details with Stripe/Link, and improve the storefront experience.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to operate the shop: payment (e.g. Stripe), fulfilment/logistics partners, and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & your rights
We keep order records as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal retention duties. Where Malaysia PDPA applies, we will respond within a reasonable period.
