Shipping, returns, warranty, and overnight safety.
- Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
- Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only — estimated 7–14 business days. Sabah and Sarawak are not available yet. Tracking is usually shared within 1–3 business days after payment. All orders include tracking. Free shipping to West Malaysia. We do not ship outside Malaysia.
- How do returns work?
- You can return unused items in original condition within 7 days. Email hello@softayo.com first for a return address and RMA — please don’t ship anything back without confirmation. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping: Softayo covers manufacturing defects or transit damage; change of mind is paid by the buyer. If we have not shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
- What if my lamp stops working?
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short video or photos. We’ll help troubleshoot and arrange a fair fix or replacement for manufacturing defects.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery, then contact us. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund path — don’t discard the packaging until we confirm.
- Can I leave it on overnight?
- Yes. Softayo lights use low-heat LED built for soft overnight ambience. Keep vents clear and follow the on-box guidance.
