By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. Softayo sells mood lights, gifts, and home accents.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, mispriced, or out of stock. Payment is processed by Stripe (or other providers we enable).
Shipping
Delivery timelines depend on destination and our fulfilment partner. Duties or taxes for cross-border orders (if we expand) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days. Contact us first for a return address and RMA — please don’t ship returns without confirmation. Refunds return to the original payment method after inspection.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Softayo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Malaysian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
