Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, mispriced, or out of stock. Payment is processed by Stripe (or other providers we enable).
Shipping
Method: overseas line from China to Malaysia, with tracking. Coverage: Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) only for now. East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) is not available yet. Rate: free shipping to West Malaysia. Timing: tracking usually within 1–3 business days after payment; most West Malaysia orders arrive in 7–14 days. We do not ship outside Malaysia.
Returns & refunds
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@softayo.com (or WhatsApp) first for a return address and RMA — please don’t ship returns without confirmation. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping: Softayo covers manufacturing defects or transit damage; the buyer pays return postage for change of mind. If we have not shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund to the original payment method. Used items, customer damage, or missing parts are not eligible.
How to return
1. Email hello@softayo.com with your order ID and why you want to return.
2. Wait for an RMA and the return address. Do not post the parcel first.
3. Pack the lamp and original packaging.
4. Ship with tracking.
5. After we receive and inspect it, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days.
Sales territory
We currently sell and ship only within Malaysia. This is a household decorative lamp, not a restricted or licensed product.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Softayo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Malaysian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
